We build and run the finance function, hold the compliance register, ready the deal file and write the policy — then sit beside the founder who has to decide.

Five houses. Each built, proven, and left running.
Five places the practice stands beside a founder's decisions. Each is a piece of machinery with a name and a room of its own on this site.
Most businesses don't struggle for lack of ambition. They struggle because nothing reliable sits beside the decision: no number that can be trusted, no filing that is current, no control that catches the problem while it is still small.
The practice is built for founder-led businesses across the GCC and India turning over AED 20 million and upward, whose finance function has outgrown the person who built it — and who have nobody to ask. It takes a small number of standing engagements.
Eighteen years across India and the Gulf taught us one thing: reliability is built, function by function, until the whole desk holds. That is the work.
The founder replies. Not a team, not a bot.
Wazir is the standing practice of its founder — a chartered accountant (ICAI, M. No. 552585) who spent eighteen years inside other people’s finance functions before building one of his own.
Six of those years were in India: statutory audit and tax in a chartered practice, then internal controls and fraud investigation for manufacturing and services clients — learning how businesses actually fail, before being asked to stop it happening. Twelve were in the Gulf, as the finance operator inside a founder-led luxury retail and distribution group, a regional facilities-management leader, and an institutionally backed fragrance group. Five jurisdictions. Tax frameworks stood up in four of them, substantially in-house. Two brand divestments negotiated and closed. A treasury held together through a regional blockade. Three entities and two currencies reporting to one traceable source of record.
The results shown across this site are that eighteen-year career record, delivered in employed roles before the Wazir name existed. Each is identified by sector, scale and period; client identities and confidential information are withheld. What the practice sells is the method that produced them.
Every engagement is taken personally; every conclusion on this site is a description of work he signs. Career chronology: LinkedIn.

Why the name →Five houses. And where they are put to work.
The five houses are the method and do not change. A division is the method aimed at one industry, with its own desk and its own vocabulary.
The tools are anyone's. Knowing what their output is worth is not.
That sentence is the strategy. We name the platforms, credit them, and teach them — because the practice's edge was never a secret tool. Machines draft, code computes, and a person decides and signs.
We call this auditable consulting.
Source the claim, show the assumption, name the machine, retain the evidence, publish the correction — and a person signs. No client data enters a general-purpose tool unredacted. No model owns a number we sign. No tool is used until its terms have been read at source. The register of what each tool is never given is public: the containment register →
